- Pins the theme at 2c44726e, the first jQuery-free Docsy: the example site now loads no jQuery (google/docsy#1436 landed upstream) - Site version marker follows the pin
- The version marker landed after the pack step ran, so the lock kept the old version (CI drift gate red)
- 006 = first-parent commits over v0.17.0 plus one, per docsy's scripts/get-build-id.sh; the 004 counted from the wrong base (adversarial-review catch)
