Adds a Claude Code skill, add-event, that turns a few event details into a reviewed draft PR adding the event to the site - the content file with correct front matter, the banner image in place, a Hugo preview, the required full-page screenshots, and the PR itself.

Why

Adding an event today means knowing the events front matter by hand, where the image goes, how the events list and homepage card render, and the preview/screenshot/PR discipline in the root CLAUDE.md. This skill captures all of that, so adding an event (or any recurring website update) starts from a short description instead of re-deriving the mechanics each time.

Notes

• Documents both event shapes (redirect link-out and full-page write-up) and the front matter fields, drawn from the existing events under content/en/events/.
• Reuses, rather than restates, the site-wide page-editing rules in the root CLAUDE.md.
• Draft for review - the events flow can be tried on the next real event before this merges.
