…_water scheme The conv_water_4rad science core moves to atmospheric_physics (schemes/cloud_water/convective_cloud_water.F90, built directly by CAM via the atmos_phys external); conv_water.F90 keeps pbuf marshaling, the conv_water_nl namelist, and history output. The RK (one-moment) ice absorptivity branch is selected by the one_mom_clouds argument.
Fixes water leak in CAM-SIMA/CAM4 RK to surface model Hoist the RK rliq bookkeeping into rk_stratiform_cam after the detrain call Assisted-by: claude-fable:5.1, claude-fable:5
