Add new third-party tools

We're eager to grow our ecosystem.

To help with this, we can expand our docs around third-party tools.

If you're aware of a tool which can interface with QuestDB, but does not have a 3rd party tools page, please raise it in this issue. We'll respond as soon as we can, and give the thumb ups. After that, create a PR to include it based on the current pattern, and that's it!

Also, auditing the current third-party tools page & confirming they're all in the overview is a helpful task.

After thorough documentation review and research, I identified ------
Airbyte : An open-source data integration platform that enhances QuestDB's ingestion capabilities by seamlessly pulling data from multiple sources.
Hence, I am making relevant changes to the Third Party Tools Documentation Page (https://questdb.io/docs/third-party-tools/overview/) and creating a PR.
I hope you are now willing to assign this part to me.

I’ve reviewed the existing third-party integration docs and would love to contribute.

After some research, I found that we could add documentation for integrating QuestDB with Logstash. Since Logstash is a widely used data pipeline tool for collecting, transforming, and shipping data, this integration could be really valuable for users who want to stream their logs and metrics directly into QuestDB.

I’d be happy to work on creating this documentation if it sounds good to you.
