Package.json dependency causing errors in editor

The API seems to be working fine, just a small note. The package.json adds a deprecated package.

"peerDependencies": {
    "vscode": "*"
 },

vscode is a deprecated package, which causes issues with linters. The the npm package page shows.
This package is deprecated in favor of @types/vscode and vscode-test https://www.npmjs.com/package/vscode
