Agent Plugins allows us to author and distribute our own skills,
and distribute any MCP server associated to the plugin

I would like to propose an update to also allow other people's skills.

If i'm building a plugin specifically around NextJS
as well as including our own standards and patterns for NextJS
I would also like to include the react-best-practices skill, without having to duplicate and maintain a duplicate

Agreed – this is very much missing right now.

Even for my own skills, I already have an existing skills directory in my repo that can be installed separately. Why can I not just reference their location in the manifest instead of having to duplicate them all into my plugin folder?
