Doesn't skip Windows Update.

Description

The Start Menu allows the user to skip updates if desired. Consequently, considering that booting into another OS after doing an OS update might not be the best idea, it'd be a good idea to not apply updates when rebooting via the WinToLinux GUI.

Idea is good.
