Sparcle A310 temperatures

Hi,
i have a https://www.sparkle.com.tw/en/A310-ECO for av1 encoding in addition to a amd 7900xtx and and igpu of a 9800x3d
when using fancontrol i can get the temperatures of the cpu(igpu) and amd GPU just fine, but when i try to use this plugin for arc the temperatures are most of the times 0°C but some times, (1-10 times of 60 sensor readings per minute) they show the real values.

i can provide anything to help debug this problem or tell you more about the system if necessary.

i have a strong IT background and i am willed to help resolve this problem.

Any log.txt in your Fancontrol folder?

the error message does not nearly happen as much as there is no data comming in.

i have observed another phenomenon, i have the arc temperature displayed as systray icon, if i click on it i get reliable 1 measurement then it changes back to 0°C a second after the click.

during that second the value is correct in the fancontrol UI as well and vanishes at the same time.

There is a few exception coming from the plugin which is probably one reason the value doesn't get updated. Leave "control" for the fan disabled. Otherwise without having the card myself on hand and playing with the API/code, hard to diagnosis what's going on.

i have disconnected the fan and adapted it to std mainboard header, i can control the fan now just fine via the mainboard , only the temperature readout seems to be funny, could you resend the last not zero value if there is no valid reading, that would already help alot without going to deep into debugging.
