[Issue][gfx1151] investigate High Memory Usage Causing OOM in hip-tests(rocr) Test

Description:

We are observing consistent failures in the hip-tests(rocr) component test due to excessive memory consumption.
During execution, the test's memory usage grows significantly and eventually exceeds the available memory on the test machine, resulting in an Out of Memory (OOM) failure.

Based on the attached memory utilization data, memory consumption increases substantially while this test is running and reaches the system limit, causing the process to be terminated.

Could you please investigate this issue? Based on the attached evidence, the test appears to be exhausting the available memory on the runner, which may be causing the runner to lose communication with the server and the job to fail.
