Update Mapster dependency to v7.3.0

Hi , Not sure if anyone has worked on this issue yet.

Can we update Mapster package use to latest one please - Mapster v7.3.0
The current version of Mapster.DependencyInjection is using Mapster v5.0.0, which is not having some important updates.

I would also like to see a release that updates for Mapster 7.4.0-pre05 as the interface to Mapper.cs class and its method API's have changed.
